By accessing or using AuxDev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AuxDev ("we", "us", "our").
AuxDev is a content automation platform that provides:
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To use core features, you must connect your TikTok account via TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 flow. We request only the following permissions:
user.info.basic — Read your basic profile info (username, avatar)user.info.profile — Read your profile detailsuser.info.stats — Read your account statisticsvideo.list — View your video listvideo.upload — Upload videos to your accountWe never receive or store your TikTok password. You authorize directly with TikTok.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using the Service ("User Content").
By using the Service, you grant AuxDev a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating videos, publishing to TikTok).
You are solely responsible for your User Content and its compliance with TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable laws. AuxDev does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Our integration with TikTok is through official TikTok for Developers APIs only. We comply with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and API usage policies. Your use of the TikTok integration is also subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service.
The Starter plan is free with limited features and usage quotas.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be honored at their current rate until the end of their billing period.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of AuxDev. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUXDEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuxDev and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or disconnecting your TikTok account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
